I used green embroidery thread
for this Christmas card and red beads for the berries.
My husband used a template to drill the holes in the CD.
The image is from an old decoupage sheet, cut by hand into several layers and made 3D.
I glued a piece of white eco paper onto the CD under the bears.

This festive bear is absolutely delightful—his expression and cozy Santa hat bring instant cheer. I love the way you layered the decoupage to create such charming dimension, and the embroidery thread adds a lovely handcrafted touch. Using a recycled CD as the base is so inventive; it gives the whole piece a magical shimmer and makes the card feel extra special.

Beautiful stitiching and I love the bears. Your hubby is very helpful and you two created an awesome card.
