I have gone supremely CAS, but with alcohol inks and Brushos I have made it mixed media. I had French Foliage on the desk and thought of using that, but then I remembered this lovely die from Serendipity Stamps. I usually use the leaves, this time I used the negative and laid some alcohol inks on glossy paper behind it. My single leaf is more like most of the leaves here - it was such a dry summer that many leaves just fell off before ever turning. But coming home yesterday I noticed a couple of real fall beauties. This card is made in memory of walking to primary school in autumn It was about a mile, and all along the main street the ditches beside the road were filled with leaves and beech mast. I loved crunching through them.

Clean and simple at it's finest; GREAT job, Sabrina! This is lovely!! The "extra" in that true-to-life popped-up (and preciously small) die is the icing on the cake.

What a delightful curve of autumn leaves. Here too the leaves are spotty in their colours -lots of brown. Beautiful design and that little leaf at the bottom draws the eye perfectly.

Really gorgeous CAS card. The negative looks great and glad you added the one single leaf with color. That is a sweet memory of walking to school and crunching the leaves with your feet.

I love your story about walking to school.., I can’t imagine walking that far and it must have been cold. You have certainly mastered the CAS style here and the card is bold and beautiful.
I don’t think I have ever been able to make a cas card
