 | | A big congrats to Carrie, the newest Featured Stamper FS975! She has a really lovely gallery & I chose THIS card to case. I liked the split front with the opening, so I kept that, but I used different dies, different colors & used designer paper behind the opening.
To make my autumn card, I die cut the Stained Glass Waves die out of beige & also card board. I adhered them together, except for the opening area. I wanted to lift it a bit off of the background. The designer paper was attached behind the opening & a small piece of it was used for behind the greeting tag. All of the fall florals were die cut out of orange, brown, gold & olive green. Inks and blending brushes were used to add a little more color to them before they were arranged on top of the background.
Thanks so much for looking. It's on my blog: The Write Stuff |
