You definitely have the title right, Linda! It doesn't get much more peaceful than a scene like this one. Love the reflection in the water and the colors on the trees and further into the bg too! Love it~

Wonderful painted scene. It looks so serene. I like the deer taking a drink. The sky is pretty with the purple. Terrific ideas for the challenge colors!

I love how you used these colours, Linda. Your understanding of, as well as use of your chosen medium of watercolours, shows just how far you’ve come since you picked up that brush and fell in love. Your serene scene with that gentle deer coming to drink, has me wishing I could somehow step into it and sit quietly on those banks to enjoy some of that serenity. Beautifully accomplished.
