Layers of ink
I made a tag with a sentiment as the focus, framing the sentiment with an autumn ribbon banner. Stamp the image with waterproof ink and paint with watercolor paint. Add shadows. Paint the background and drop in darker shades around the edges.
When dry, ink the edges with Distress Ink. Stamp the background here and there with a crackle background stamp. Add gems to the tag.
