 | | Jeanne's challenge is to stamp over paint. Check it out here. MIX662 Stamp Over Paint 10.3.25 by Jeanne S at Splitcoaststampers
I did the shaving cream technique on several pieces of white cardstock. Then I used a die from the peace on earth dies to cut out the smaller label die. I've never done this technique before so I was a bit nervous and didn't want to ruin my card by not getting it right. I added white fabric paint to the label and when it dried, I saw that it left a translucent look like it was marbled. I stamped the sentiment in Memento tuxedo black ink. I punched a hole in each end of the label and attached it to the white layer with dimensionals. While the reinkers were out, I decided to do the baby wipe technique, so I stamped all over a white piece of cardstock using the Gathering Moments stamps. I added the white layer to a real red layer. |
