F4A815 Patterned Paper Fun! 10.3.25 by Jeanne S at Splitcoaststampers
I followed directions by LeeAnn Greff to make the Center Pop-Up Card. I stamped my sentiment on white then punched it out with the sign design punch. I used a sponge dauber to add red around the sentiment. I used scissors to cut the banner ends on my red cardstock then added it to the back of my sentiment.
