CC1072 Sailboat Birthday

Poster: suen

Mary chose secret sea, cloud cover and cherry cobbler, with the dessert of nautical. I used Karen Dunbrook's acetate inking tutorial from Dec. 2017 to make the water, using chipped sapphire and weathered wood distress inks. The sailboat was stamped with chipped sapphire and cherry cobbler, cut out and popped up with foam tape and the sentiment added.

Sue this is so lovely. I haven’t heard of that acetate technique before and now I’ll have to check it out. It truly gives the aura of water. And your little sailboat is adorable floating on the waves. Love the CAS look too!
