I stamped the image several times with stazon black ink. I added water to my background then added the different colors of watercolor. I wanted it to look like sunset with the darker water behind the boat and a yellow, orange at the horizon. I stamped the sentiment in black ink. This will go on a dinner tray at a local hospital.

The way you layered the watercolor to evoke that glowing sunset is absolutely stunning—there’s such a sense of calm and quiet reflection in the scene.
