This was a practice run for this week s Watercolor Wednesday painting Loose Watercolor Pumpkins and Eucalyptus leaves. I found out it was difficult to figure out the timing for adding the darker highlights so they wouldn t be a hard line. Brenda shared a video available in this thread here.

The gallery is looking so pretty with all your pumpkins. This one is very nice with lots of pretty leaves and berries surrounding the nice pumpkins.

I struggled with that second color too - I think my issue was the old paper I was using, but could have been just me - lol. Your pumpkins look good and I love all your vines and berries, Suz. Hugz
