FS969 Birthday Streamers

I chose Betty Wright, FS54, for my CASE. I loved her Happy Birthday banner card, changing to streamers and a black BG, to help make the streamers pop. The sentiment was stamped on white, using black ink, die cut and popped up over the BG. The rest of the sentiment was stamped with versamark and embossed with some Zing aqua powder. Here's her fun card.

I love your updated version of Betty's card. The black bg is a marvelous platform for those colorful streamers. Good job on the embossed sentiment - I don't see a single flyaway (which can often be a problem with embossing on black).
