Layers of ink
I made a tag with a flower vase standing on a table. Ink the background using a printer paper as a mask. Stamp the vase with grey ink and the plant with green ink. Watercolor with Distress Ink and also splatter some ink on the plant. When dry, add white highlights.
Stamp the table cloth and the background. Stamp sentiments.
