I used birthday washi tape across my card then embossed it with the Darice birthday collage embossing folder. It's hard to see, but it's there. I added the sentiment happy birthday with dimensionals to the front of my card. The Happy sentiment was fussy cut so I could see more of the black paper behind it.

Cool Happy, I must look at that set. I can even on screen see the texture of the embossing, and I know it as a lot of interest ( and increasesthe stick.of the tape to card!). Great layout.

Such a cheerful and creative birthday card, Sue! The washi tape adds a playful burst of color and pattern, and embossing over it was such a clever touch—it gives the whole design a subtle texture that feels celebratory and fun. I love how you fussy cut the sentiment to let the black background peek through; it really makes the greeting pop. This card radiates joy!
