In the WCW Challenge, Suz has us watching a tutorial by Camilla Dansbo Art on practicing brush strokes and painting old trees.
My middle grandson wants to have his birthday party at his favorite river place next month. He asked me to paint a few versions of this spot, and he is going to pick one that we can copy and send out as invitations. This is my first one.

This is just amazing!!!! What a great idea for a personalized invitation. I can visualize all the fun they will have with the swing. You had to smile when he asked you to do this. Sweet!!!! TFS I love your leaves, you nailed the artist's technique.

This is just awesome, Nancy, and how sweet he wanted you to paint his favorite river spot for his invitations. I can imagine the fun the kiddos will have with that rope.
