Layers of ink
Start with a lightly watercolored background and then sprinkle Infusions Colored Stains on top. Mist with water to blend. When dry, ink stamps with Distress Ink, mist with water and stamp. Splatter with white gouache.
Add stamped sentiments, gems and ribbons.
