 | | Stacy has us painting mistletoe in this week's Watercolor challenge. The tutorial is a small sprig of mistletoe, but I loved her bunch more and decided to do a wreath. Halfway in, I was wishing I stuck with the sprig, but I couldn't give up at that point.
I wasn't totally thrilled with this so I added a wooden background, splattered the wood, added stickles to the berries, added some glitter to the berries, and then splattered the whole thing with some Snowtex.
Now I like it. LOL.
The striped paper in the background was inspired by the 725D inspiration photo in the ArtNudge challenge which you can find on the ArtNudge website or Facebook page. |
