I used a combination of Distress Ink and Distress Watercolor Pencils on this tag. Stamp the girl with Archival Ink. Color with Watercolor Pencils. Dip the pencil in water and pick up the pigment with a paint brush. Let dry and then ink the rest of the tag with Distress Ink.

Stamp with word and textures stamps. Splatter with a little bit of dark brown watercolor pencil. Add gems.
