I made the background panel then stamped the images in old olive and night of navy. The blue was stamped off to make them appear farther away. I colored white ribbon with my Wild Wheat Stampin' Write markers and added it to my card. I stamped my sentiment and punched out a small heart from my background piece to add to the sentiment panel. All of the white panels were added to night of navy panels. The background panel was added to a night of navy card base.
