Karen has a fun technique which I loved to do the first time and loved to do it again
TLC1062~ Revisiting Paper Strips Flip 6/30/2025 by k dunbrook at Splitcoaststampers

I've sponged with DOX, splattered water, cut the strips, layered on gold mirror and white base, die cut the birds and music score from the same gold mirror paper, stamped the birthday sentiment with vintage sepia and added some white gel pen dots
