Layers of ink
I made this tag in memory of last year's vacation, using lots of stamps and ink. Start by stamping the city and the airplane. Color with pencils. The pencils will resist the ink. Stamp the numbers and color them white a white pencil. Ink the tag with Distress Ink.
Add crackle stamping and some red stars and numbers. Add Glossy Accents to the numbers.
