I was inspired by a Halloween layout that had colors I really like. I made the woodgrain panel, following Karen Dunbrook's tutorial from a few years back, using distress inks weathered wood, iced spruce, faded jeans and hickory smoke. While that dried I cut the oak leaves branch and acorns from dark chocolate and various smooshed watercolor BG's I've made. The sentiment was stamped on another BG, cut with the stitched rectangle die and attached at the base of the woodgrain piece. The branch was popped up with foam tape and the panel attached to the soft stone card base. Here's her nice layout.

This case is spot on, and your handcrafted wood panel looks awesome. I love the variation of autumn colors on the leaves.
