Vikki's (vikkijo) VSN challenge is called Natural Metals. I hope she is allowing kitchen foil in her challenge! I'm not sure if aluminum is a "natural metal", but this is what came to mind when I read her challenge. :-)
I actually had this 3D EF panel in my stash; not sure what challenge I made it for a long time ago, but it must have involved the Drunken Embossed Foil tutorial.
