I've started by cutting the first layer with the scene, then added foam tape and acetate to create dept then cut another layered en cut out only the window and popped this also on foam tape, sponged and sanded the edges, then took a square water color paper and sponged it on the edges, glued the scene in the middle and layered on turquoise blue

Wow, this is gorgeous! It really has the feel of looking out a window at a beautiful seascape! Your fussy cutting is amazing as is your card designing.

What a gorgeous view from this window. I remember doing 3-D decoupage in my youth and I always loved the look. Just as I love the look you created here. If Ina can't get to the beach, she will certainly experience the view with this beauty. Awesome card, Anita.

this is amazing - it looks so real, looking out the window at a beautiful lighthouse view... all the elements are spectacular, and the coloring is phenomenal.
