TLC1049 - Karen gave us a new way to make a shutter card

This was an easy way to make a shutter card. I had to make mind just a touch smaller because I scored my lines at 1-1/2. So I ended up trimming my DSP 1/4". It still worked. I used Night of Navy for a card base. I will try this again.
