Layers of ink
I wanted to make a tag filled with hearts. The background heart stamp was white embossed the the background was painted with water. The tag itself is cut from watercolor paper.
White emboss the hearts and sentiment and die cut with the coordinating dies. Paint with watercolors. Let the colors bleed into each other on the title. Stamp the rest of the sentiments on white paper and cut into strips.
