Layers of ink

I really like the monstera plant and the great shape of the flowers. It also has a funny name. The large leaves take up most of the space, with the additions of some words and other elements. Apply gesso to the background and when dry apply texture paste through a stencil. Paint everything with shades of green and mist with water to blend.

Die cut the leaves. Smear Distress Ink on a non-stick craft sheet and mist with water. Press the leaves into the ink. Let dry and repeat until you are happy with the look. Finish with a little Distress Oxide Ink.

Die cut circles from glitter paper and add sentiments to the page.

Thank you so much for looking!
Happy stamping!

This makes me think of the big glasshouses in our Botanic gardens. I like the texture in the base.
