Here is my card for Teapot Tuesday. Our challenge is to create a tie dyed card. The suggested tutorial uses coffee filters but I didn't have any so I used tissue paper instead. My first attempt totally bombed because the tissue paper had a coated backing which did not take any colour so it was more white than anything else. I'm reasonably satisfied with this one. Enjoy!

Wow, you totally rocked this, especially given that you were subbing tissue paper which must have been far more fragile. And you went the right way to let your background shine. It looks like one of those topographic heat maps!

That tutorial used to baffle me because most coffee filters here are those cone-shaped ones, but then DonnaJeanne sent me a couple of the big flat round ones and it all made sense.
