The picture on the left is the outside of the card. The one on the right shows the inside.
The base of the card is in not quite navy cardstock. The front uses Basic Grey paper, a paint chip, a flower punched with the daisy punch, and a MM brad. The stamps on the paint chip used StazOn ink.
The inside of the invitation has two pockets. The inserts in each pocket use more mustard cardstock stamped with the Linen Background Stamp in close to cocoa ink. The white overlays were first printed on the computer, then trimmed, had their corners rounded an adhered to the more mustard bases.
The chair was watercolored using markers and an aquapainter. The crimped red piece of paper has the "Happy is the home that shelters a friend" stamped on it.
The text on the insert on the left gives the who, what, when, where info for the party. The text on the insert on the right gives the new contact information and directions to their new home (blurred out of course so you can't see it). :-)

Fabulous way to invite and inform! What a cute idea! I just love these houses - they remind me of the development where my baby brother lives in Cary, NC! Terrific job!
