WT1034 Spring Kitten

Lisa is our hostess for the first WTUI challenge of the year: WT1034 - Cat's Meow - January 2, 2025 by Shoe Girl at Splitcoaststampers

I have an enormous range of cat stamps, making it very hard to choose. In the end I picked one of the first wood mount stamps I bought. Back then I had a small set of cheap watercolour pencils and Twinkling H2Os as my only colouring mediums. It's coloured with Polychromos pencils and layered behind an aperture in the DP. I added a white frame over the DP and finished it off with a flower. I'll probably add a little sentiment tag when I know what I'm using it for.

One of my favorite cat stamps, Sabrina. It’s so sweet and cheery. I love the fresh spring feel to it. Your addition of that daisy in the corner is the perfect embellishment and ties it all together beautifully.

Sabrina, your 'Spring Kitten' card for the WT1034 challenge is absolutely adorable! The Polychromos pencils bring such vibrant colors to the image, and the addition of the flower is a lovely touch. The white frame over the DP really makes the design pop.

I do love those PB kitties! I have some old wood ones I still enjoy too. Love your layered frames and that beautiful die cut daisy. Lovely card good for many occasions.

All the PB cats are adorable. I love your card, mf, and adding the little flower was the perfect topper!! Thank you for your wonderful card (I loved the deer!).
