This card was made for my husband's great-grandmother. She absolutely LOVES butterflies.
The butterfly is actually made with two stickers. I used the Acetate & Tissue technique under the first butterfly. The second butterfly sticker was placed on a clear piece of acetate then the two butterflies were adhered at the body. The top butterfly was bent up so it almost appears as though it's flying.
Please send a message if this is way too confusing. It's a great card!

I have the print out of what you did from splitcoast-what I wanted to know is where did you get the stickers of the butterflies and a little more direction about how you made the card. [email protected]

I love this technique and the creative way you used it. While I have worked with alcohol inks and acetate I never added glitter or used a tissue...can't wait to try it!
