 | | A card to recognize the gallery of Joan - aka smileyj - as this weeks Featured Stamper, keyword FS926.
I chose to combine two adorable cards for my case on this Challenge because - well, LADYBUGS!
I liked the design of her background and sentiment on Lug Bug HI by smileyj at Splitcoaststampers then used the side view from Lady Bug and Daisy by smileyj at Splitcoaststampers to complete my version.
I went through my box of old Texturz Plates (the precursor to embossing folders) and found a similar design. Could have sworn I had the same but it occurred to me later it might be a Classy Brass stencil instead.
I had fun creating & coloring the grid and making the bug was also a blast - so THANKS Joan!
