This is for the Color Challenge that I am hosting. The colors are Gorgeous Grape, Garden Green and Pumpkin Pie. The dessert option is something from nature. I have a pumpkin, bird, and mouse.
Also, I am submitting this one for JoAnn's Falliday Fest Challenge to create a gratitude card for any occasion. I will send this one for Thanksgiving.
I use this cute mouse & pumpkin stamp at least once each autumn. The image was heat embossed in black on watercolor paper and then colored with a water brush & inks. I used Crumb Cake as a neutral for the mouse and a bit on the ground.
The background is a patchwork of DSP on a black panel. I die-cut the image in a scallop circle with a black circle mat. I stamped a sentiment in Pumpkin Pie.
I was thinking of using the punched DSP leaves on my card, but I saved them for the inside instead.

The black matting looks Great against these patterned papers, Diane! Super Sweet image...I understand why you use it each year! Wonderful Thanksgiving card~

Diane, thanks for including my FF challenge along with your color challenge. I love the adorable mouse with his pumpkin and the colors are perfect for Halloween or Thanksgiving.
