I went back to an old technique I love for this get well card:
Tea Bag Stamping Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers
I stamped the branch and colored in the leaves with marker. Added white berries/flowers with white gel pen.

That's like the teabag Anita used (and gave me a few of some years back) - I've never seen anything like them here and they're perfect for stamping on. The white berries really pop against the tea-dyed colour.
