Card made for MMTPT where Mac has us sending cards to her friend Doug who was in a recent accident and is having to overcome a lot of obstacles. I could empathize with Doug and his family as my own husband is also a big man who has had to face heart, neck, back and feet issues over the last 15 years. It is so hard for a man everyone relies on to deal with new limitations and pain.
And also for the color challenge where Diane has us using gorgeous fall colors.
This was super easy - I just printed out the words, stamped the dump truck and stop sign and glued and taped it all down. I hope Doug gets lots of encouraging cards. I know my husband still remembers EVERY act of kindness people have shown during his struggle.

Terrific use of the challenge colors, especially the dump truck. The sentiment is awesome in the bold font and the reference to dig. I like the non-stop healing sign, too. Great card. Doug and Karen will love it! Hugs.

Nancy, this card comes from your heart .... you knew just what Doug needs as he courageously goes through this difficult time!
