The orange background is the plastic cover from a notebook. Then I cut up the cover of a pretty common composition notebook and made some cut outs and layered those beneath it. I then cut up one of those pocket folders, then I decided to keep the folder as a folder and now the card turned into a pocket congratulations card. You can see the little note that goes in the pocket as well as some money or whatever else, though you could put in a gift card or a note for any occasion.
The Congratulations note is stamped and then some clear PET tape applied to decorate it.
