 | | To match the peony side I did a wash of the colors I had used in the peonies. Then I hand lettered the verse. I used the parchment transfer technique I described in the peony photo. Difference is because the transfer make it backwards I had to write backwards. I can do it freehand but today I wrote it like I normally would and used a sharpie marker to make it dark enough to see it from the other side. Then I used two different graphic markers. A .5 and a .05. |
