I stenciled the diamond pattern, with glass bead gel, over the smooshed watercolor panel. The dragonflies were hot foiled on a colorburst piece as well as on vellum cardstock, using satin gold foil. I layered them together, glueing just the center portion. The sentiment was foiled on white, die cut and popped up with foam tape. The whole panel was placed on a white card base.

The background is lovely - I just pulled my glass bead gel out this week and found it was beyond recovery :-(. I'll buy a smaller jar next time...
I like the effect of the colorburst layer underneath the vellum for the dragonflies.
