More details on my blog: Layers of ink
Texture was added in different ways: to the background with water and stamping, by using papers with different textures, die cut textures, a ribbon and the texture from the old book paper. The background paper is Ranger's Specialty Stamping Paper which has a lovely matte texture with a very smooth finish.
Drag ink pads across the paper and smooth out with an ink-blending tool. Mist and splatter with water and dabb to remove. Apply ink to non-stick craft sheet, mist with water and press some parts of the background into the ink.
Die cut roses from watercolor paper colored with Infusions Colored Stains. Assemble the roses. Add stamped sentiments and embellishments.
Thank you so much for looking!
Happy stamping!

Oh gosh. I nearly missed this because the bright colour wheel caught my eye. That was fun, this is so beautiful. I like the soft colours and vintage feel.
