I made this card with the intention of keeping it clean and simple. However, I overlooked the fact that today is a CAS challenge, as I got carried away with my excitement to create a sweet-themed card based on candy.
I used Midjourney to create our happy friend and then cut him out with the scan n cut. I had a background ready that I had made previously, which is cardstock sprayed with yellowish-green distress oxide sprays. To blend with the lollipop image, I added a little distress oxide red to the card and found some washi tape to run a strip down the side. Finally, I used an appropriate stamp to tie the card into the challenge.
This card is my 'official' entry into todays CAS challenge.
Thanks for looking and tolerating my off track paths.

Another very fun card. (I say as I chomp on three Sour Patch gummies!)

Love them all - hard to pick a favorite, but this might be mine. Adorable and fun and full of birthday happiness. Love the colors and his face. Hugz
