I've had a very cool piece of speciality paper for years - it has raised bumps like on a basketball or football. I always put aside for that day when I need a card to look like a basketball, lol. OK that day not coming, so I used it here. I diecut the cream paper and the textured paper separately then reconstructed as an inlay. Someone must have a great tip on how to do that faster! This die had so many tiny pieces, it took forever.
I made my own sentiment & tag. I LOVE finding the hex number of the exact color that goes with my card (this was burnt orange, Hex# CC5500.) You enter it into your font color tab (I use MS Office) I could spend hours looking at just colors. Some great websites that show you colors & their Hex# (PicMonkey is one I use a lot)
To be honest, I had the hardest time finishing off this card! It still feels very flat to me. I just couldn't find the right spot for ribbon or a tiny flower or 2. Something with dimensions. Then I just needed to mail it, so it's done
