I cut the buildings from white, backed with sellotape and added glitter into most of the windows. The little spires and dome are gilding flakes buffed into a piece of card with double-sided tape on it. The fence is the edge of a gel print. I coloured the rainbow with markers and then added a clear glitter pen over it. Stars are cut from one of my tomato paste tubes, the clouds are silver glitter card.
I used a Sharpie to colour the edge of the base black - you can just about see it, because I was too lazy to pull out my white backdrop.
