I really like this stamp set but my usual bright colors just don't seem to suit it. So I used colors from a color challenge on another website. They are not colors in my comfort zone but I enjoyed playing with them.
My splatters are in the Pool Party and created using a stamp in the set Gorgeous Grunge - possibly my most used stamp ever. The leaves are stamped in Lost Lagoon.
For the basket I used Pebbled Path and embossed it using one of the dies in this bundle. The top of the basket is in a brushed metallic - hard to see in the photo but it does add something.
Finally I used the Macrame EF. I like how it adds the perfect texture for this image. I have discovered that embossing folders are the cheapest and easiest way to add a little something extra to cards, so I never get rid of them and buy ones that I like just in case. Most traditional (not shaped or fun-folds) cards I create have white backgrounds which are perfect for EFs.

love that EF for this. This is the most "controlled & purposeful" splatter I've seen and I love that. When I try it I get blobs where I don't want. This adds to the scene but still keeps the clean look
