What caught my eye was the background first, then the layers and circle.
I started by mixing Shimmery White Embossing Paste with re-inkers and using a stencil, created an even layer over the cardstock with a palette knife. This is such a fun technique! The hardest part was waiting for it to dry!!
I changed the colors, omitted the banners and added flowers on my circle and the sentiment on a strip of cardstock.

Wow, Polly, that background is so pretty! Super colors and texture and then the flowers are just as pretty. This is a gorgeous case.
