This Spellbinders die set makes for a dramatic card; it's not hard, but it is labor intensive! The sentiment was printed from my computer. I left it a flat card since it's already pretty large.

Beautiful card! That embroidery thread die-cut is really cool. I can see how it would take a lot of time to assemble all the pieces, but the results are totally worth it.

Oh gosh - I love all the detail in this right down to the foil wrappers around the floss. When counted cross stitch / crewelwork was my craft of choice I had conservatively 250 shades of DMC floss - actually still do and you reminded me I either need to use it on cards or start stitching again . . .That gold border is luscious with the added god flecks in it.

Love this card so much. When I saw the thumbnail, it looked so much like real floss. I sort of thought it was, but the surprise of the die-cuts is fun, especially because the detailing on those die-cuts is amazing.

Funny, I JUST saw that die on the Spellbinders site and was thinking I’d like to see it used on a card, and here is your card. Love the colors and play on words. Very cool!
