Today we learned about the technique of blackout embossing. It's simple yet it creates a stunning effect. I was satisfied with my background until I saw all the photos in today's challenge gallery. Everyone's work was so impressive that it made me realize my card needs more practice.
After creating my background, I went through my collection of dies and found that the billiards theme matched the ball shapes in my design. I came up with a fitting sentiment, printed it out, and cut it with the scan n cut machine.
I am really excited about practicing more with this technique because the results are just so cool!
Thanks for looking.

Fantastic card with the vibrant colored background and the die cut is perfect for your sentiment. Isn't this community great for learning new things? TFS
