I find sketch challenges to be very interesting. I usually do better for inspiration when the challenge is specific, like drawing a wheel or an animal. But with sketch challenges, I have to rely on my designer paper and see what catches my eye. Fortunately, Jo Ann F. recently taught me how to make a shaker card, and that gave me an idea.
I used my Cricut to cut out a pocket and heart from some amazing designer paper. The paper has raised glitter hearts, and it's one of those expensive 12x12 sheets that I probably shouldn't have bought, but I'm glad I did. I layered the designer paper onto another piece of designer paper and then onto a solid cardstock. For the shaker card elements, I used Sprinkletz.
Thanks for looking and have fun in the gallery.

Super idea to do a shaker card for this challenge, Brian. Love the tiny hearts and fun papers.
Sketch challenges are a challenge for me too but every once in a while, one speaks to me like it did this week.

You had me hooked at Molly Ringwald, this is very Pretty in Pink. The paper selections are great and I love that you used the heart for a shaker card, that is Brilliant!!!
Great card! It was really creative to use this sketch as the basis for a shaker card. I love the little hearts in the shaker. And I'm definitely getting the Molly Ringwald vibe.
