For the Inspiration Challenge, we are visiting A Beautiful Mess & their Pinterest Board where I saw THIS lovely picture. I adore the bright color so I went about trying to recreate it on my card.
After a couple of attempts, I arrived at a very close match for the color, by using 2 colors of ink. The flowers & wood planks were die cut & I used the detail brushes to add the ink color to them. The planks were attached to a white rectangle, then bordered w/ a scallop edge rectangle. For the greeting, I took part of the So Loved & stamped it, masking off the part I didn't want to stamp. The die cut Loved is actually 2 word w/ shadow dies..the Love & the d from Friend.
Thanks so much for looking. It's on my blog w/ more pics & info: The Write Stuff

Your card beautifully captures the vibrant colors and textures of the inspiration picture from A Beautiful Mess. The meticulous use of ink blending and die-cutting techniques truly brings the design to life, especially with the clever manipulation of the sentiment using masking. It's a stunning interpretation of the inspiration!

This card just sizzles with all the hot pink! I would never have thought to use that color on the wood planks but it's super cool with the floral stem.
