I created the background paper by using a panel of ink drops candy DSP and embossing it with the snowflake visions embossing folder. I'd inked with the raised side with versamark, so after it was embossed I sprinkled gold powder on the debossed side and heated it. That gave me the gold snowflake images and I added the die cut snowflake and sentiment. The panel was placed on a white card base.
