More modern winter colors were used to blend the ink. Snowflake stencil was used and then glitter embossing powder was put over the blended ink it to give it sparkle and shine. The sentiment was popped up to give dimension.

Jean stole my line...That snowflake is gorgeous and I, too, am a big fan of blue/purples for winter cards. I bet the glitter really makes this shine IRL. Wonderful card.
