Jeanette is hosting the sketch challenge this week, and it's a fun one! I made this card first but forgot the sketch asks for the sentiment to be below the tag. No biggie, since there are no challenge police! Instead of dots, I added butterflies from my stash. They get lost a bit in the pattern paper, so I added some metallic gold watercolor to them.

Oh how I love this card!! My mother has been gone 30 years come the 7th of this month. I still miss her terribly, she was my best friend too! I love that card you created - it is gorgeous!

Beautiful Mother's Day card, lovely designer paper, I did see your butterfly trio though I see your point that they can get lost in that beautiful paper.

Your card is delightful, even with the sentiment placement oversight. The addition of butterflies brings a whimsical touch, and the gold metallic watercolor accents beautifully complement the patterned paper. It's a charming creation for Jeanette's sketch challenge!
